• Authentication & Tokens: Hashed API keys, session tokens, and security digests.

How We Use Your Data

• To ingest, index, query, and stream your log events with sub-second response times.
• To evaluate alerting triggers and dispatch webhook notifications when anomaly conditions are met.
• To authenticate API calls, enforce usage quotas, and protect against distributed attacks or fraud.

Security & Data Retention

All data in transit is encrypted using modern TLS 1.3 encryption. Ingestion queues and storage engines are hosted in isolated VPCs with strict IAM roles. Retention schedules follow your subscription plan (e.g. 7 days for Free tier, up to 90 days on Pro plans). You can purge data or delete your account at any time.
