Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, sending logs, or accessing the NotLogs dashboard and APIs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you must discontinue using the platform.

Accounts & Security

• You are solely responsible for safeguarding your credentials, API keys, and session tokens.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access, compromised API keys, or suspected data breaches.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete registration information.

Use of Service & Fair Use

• Do not use the platform to transmit unlawful, harmful, malicious, or abusive content.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, exploit, overload, or bypass system rate limits, quotas, or platform security mechanisms.
• Respect plan event quotas. Excessive bursts or abusive volumes beyond agreed limits may be throttled or blocked to protect service availability.

Plans, Billing & Taxes

• Fees, event quotas, retention windows, and alert allocations vary by subscription plan as specified on the pricing page.
• Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual cycle.
• You are responsible for all applicable taxes, card charges, and payment gateway fees associated with your purchase.

Data Ownership & Intellectual Property

• You retain full ownership of all telemetry and log data sent to NotLogs. You grant us the limited rights required solely to ingest, index, display, and retain that data according to your plan.
• All software, user interfaces, branding, and documentation comprising NotLogs are the exclusive intellectual property of NotLogs Inc.
• Any feedback, feature requests, or suggestions you submit may be incorporated into future releases without compensation or obligation.

Termination & Account Closure

You may cancel your subscription or delete your account at any time through the dashboard. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate these terms, abuse infrastructure, or introduce security vulnerabilities.

Warranties & Limitation of Liability

• NotLogs is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
• To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for any claims arising from the service will not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from service interruptions or data loss.

Changes & Contact
